1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BarMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use BarMate. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of BarMate, you must create an account. You agree to:

7. Third-Party Services
BarMate uses third-party services including Google Places for venue information. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
BarMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of venue information (hours, availability, etc.)
- Continuous, uninterrupted access to the app
- That the app will meet your specific requirements
Important: Always drink responsibly. BarMate is not responsible for any decisions you make regarding alcohol consumption or venue visits.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarMate and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BarMate and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
